We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Utako, Abuja (FCT)
Job Type: Part-time

Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Process customer requests, register and collect packages, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Give customers accurate, reliable, and comprehensive information.
- Respond to client complaints by email and phone
- Extend all resolutions for exceptions
- On a daily basis, manage and track both incoming and outgoing items.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, a high-school diploma, or an OND, as well as 0 to 2 years of related experience.
- proficient in Microsoft Office; fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Candidates must live in Utako or the surrounding area.
