Durumi is a district in the Phase 2 division of the Federal Capital Territory. It is a developing district, mostly residential but with enough commercial presence to strike a balance. Durumi Abuja is located southwest of the Central Business District, just between the Abuja inner area and the outer regions which are less developed. Going to the city center is about a 10 minutes drive.
The closest neighboring towns to Durumi Abuja are Gudu, Kukwaba, Kaura, and Garki. While the main roads serving the area are Oladipo Diya Street and the Nnamdi Azikiwe Expressway.

Living in the central parts of Abuja comes with its noise and bustle, but if you don’t want all of that noise, Durumi is a perfect substitute and you still get to enjoy the perks that the central area offers.
