JOB DESCRIPTION

A refined and competent Executive Assistant (EA) is needed to join the team at Ignite Consults. You will directly report to the Co-Founder in this high-profile position, providing administrative support across a broad range of real estate, sales, and business operating responsibilities to support the company’s success and expansion.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Must live in Abuja
  • knowledge of the Hausa language
  • Bachelor’s degree is necessary.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working in a hybrid environment, the Executive Assistant will act as the eyes and ears of the Co-Founder for the Abuja office. According to the priorities set by the Co-Founder for the company’s varied portfolio, the EA will effectively communicate and project manage strategic initiatives.
  • Implement branding, sales, and marketing strategies that involve connecting with African businesses and organizations, marketing our goods and services, and other efforts.
  • In charge of developing PowerPoint presentations and preparing bids for firms in Africa, both in person and online.
  • being available for emails, texts, and phone calls, especially those that are not routine

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • 6+ years of experience in a comparable position; startup experience preferred.
  • It would be greatly helpful if you have advanced knowledge of online software and applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google Suite, Outlook, Zoom, and project management tools.
  • High level of business, social media, and sales savvy.
  • Planning and project management abilities; ability to handle and coordinate many tasks at once.
  • Business-level English communication abilities in both writing and speaking.
  • a proactive team player who is adaptable, focused on results, and at ease in a dynamic setting.
  • the capacity to operate autonomously and under time constraints.
  • Ability to uphold a high standard of confidentiality
