Job Title: Business Development (Head)

Location: Abuja

Salary: N200,000 – N300,000/month

Roles and Responsibilities

  • In keeping with the Bank’s strategy, expand the portfolio of risk assets currently in place.
  • Strong mobilization and revenue creation.
  • the capacity to build, manage, and motivate your own sales team.
  • Find, establish, and maintain connections with retail and MSME consumers who require loans and advances to run their businesses.
  • By creating risk assets in the MSME and retail markets, one can manage the portfolio of one’s current clients and create new business prospects.
  • By establishing and implementing proactive, innovative, and ongoing contact activities, you can make the most of your current relationship with Fedeth.
  • Prepare sales presentations, other documentation, and other materials as needed for Fedeth customers’ engagements.
  • Help in the creation, introduction, and sale of new product offerings.
  • In order to promote the efficient and successful operation of the Bank’s operations, ensure coordination and collaboration in inter-house activities and communication.
  • To reduce business risks and increase profitability, manage the regional MSME and retail banking portfolio.
  • Maintain relationships with important Bank clients and make sure that bank officers are providing these clients with top-notch service.
  • Ensure that everything operates without a hitch.
