Job Description
To create a marketing plan that will successfully engage the target audience, the ideal applicant will carry out thorough market research. They should feel at ease assessing the marketing process and working to criticize and enhance its results.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify the target markets, the goals, and the desired effects of marketing campaigns;
- Creating leads and turning those leads into long-term customers;
- Analyze marketing tactics that have been developed and researched;
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies;
- Direct sales, and customer negotiations;
- Making cold calls to new prospects to set up appointments;
- Take part in all marketing initiatives;
- Assemble reports by gathering, evaluating, and summarizing data;
- keep track of all customer leads and contacts, and update those records as necessary;
- Attend company meetings for strategy, review, and other matters.
- Determine prospects to find business opportunities;
- Preserve client connections by offering assistance, knowledge, and direction;
- Analyzing and recommending new business prospects, as well as suggestions for profit and service enhancements;
- Keeping up with the most recent marketing trends.
Our Ideal Candidate
- A bachelor’s degree or HND in a related discipline, such as marketing, mass communication, banking, or finance;
- 4 years minimum of relevant experience in the financial services or asset management sectors;
- Strong time-management and analytical skills;
- Strong communication skills both in writing and speaking;
- Strong levels of creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities;
- Outstanding reporting abilities;
- High moral principles and integrity;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to communicate and establish rapport with managers at all levels.
- Knowledge of social media;
- Outstanding persuasion abilities;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Highly attentive to details.
