Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • During the night shift, manage all hotel operations to make sure that guests are happy and safe.
  • Manage and oversee all Front Office staff members’ actions to ensure they follow the high standards and regulations outlined in the employee handbook, hotel policies and procedures, and coaching, training, and corrections as necessary.
  • Inform the entire Overnight staff of any group or VIP arrivals, nightly activities, special requests, and returning visitors.
  • Upon arrival, greet visitors and make sure they are shown to their rooms if necessary.
  • Additionally, check the lodgings to ensure that any special requests are met.
  • Always maintain a professional, high-quality, customer-focused workplace.
  • In the absence of the front office manager, assume management responsibilities for the hotel, handling any complaints, problems, disturbances, special requests, and other potential problems.
  • Manage the department’s night shift, making sure every employee completes the assignments given to them, and plan Front Office events with other departments.
  • It is necessary to extend a polite and helpful welcome to all visitors and maintain cleanliness and order in the hotel’s common areas.
  • occasionally help visitors with their baggage, serve as our visitors’ point of contact, valet park visitors’ automobiles, and perform other duties to guarantee that all needs are satisfied throughout our visitors’ stay.
  • The ability to complete the entire night audit is required.
  • In charge of the daily summary report production.
  • Help the front office manager develop and enforce financial controls across the division, assisting with budgeting, planning, and purchasing.
  • Should Demonstrate Initiative, Problem-Solving, Staff Development, and Team Leadership.
  • To enhance guest services and encourage departmental communication, closely collaborate with housekeeping.

Our Ideal Candidate
