A forward-thinking human resource management company, Eclat Human Resources Consulting Limited is headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria. We are a group of experts from different fields of study who have joined forces to create Eclat Human Resources Consulting, which serves clients all throughout the country.

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Abuja

Salary:  N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source fresh clients and complete profitable sales deals.
  • Communicate and meet with potential buyers and clients who are interested in homes to learn about their needs and preferred properties, then provide them with real estate deals.
  • Track the database for the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and generate weekly reports on it.
  • Administration and distribution of marketing collateral.
  • Taking part in marketing campaigns and trade shows to promote businesses and goods.
  • Liaising with real estate agents and other strategic partners Keeping an eye on rivalry and reporting results to the department head.
  • Doing consumer and market research to gauge awareness of the market and consumer demand.
  • Helping to create marketing and advertising initiatives that are effective at capturing the attention of potential customers.

Our Ideal

  • A Bachelor’s degree or a national diploma in marketing or business administration.
  • Substantial real estate sales and marketing expertise for at least three years.
  • Thorough knowledge of CRM and BRM procedures.
  • Adequate familiarity with MS Office and SEO tools.
  • Hausa language proficiency is a plus.
