Nile University of Nigeria was established to provide high-quality tertiary education for the country’s ever-increasing number of secondary school leavers.
At the time of formation, Nile University had three faculties (Arts & Social Sciences, Engineering, and Natural & Applied Sciences) and 93 students.
As the University grew and thrived over the following years, the need to provide its high-quality instruction at a higher level became increasingly apparent.
Nile University has over 4000 students (undergraduate and postgraduate), 34 undergraduate programs across six faculties, and 47 postgraduate programs across five faculties.
Nile University offers on-campus accommodation for male and female students. Our on-campus hostels are equipped with fully functioning air-conditioners, cybercafé, study rooms, common rooms, industrial kitchen, dining hall facilities, among other high-quality facilities. Each room is furnished with a study table, wardrobe, and bed. Students seeking to study at Nile University are welcome to choose from our various housing options.
