Job Title: Account Officer

Job Roles and Responsibility
- Keep an eye on cash transactions and schedule daily or weekly deposits of cash at the bank.
- Collects and analyzes account data to reconcile financial discrepancies.
- Offering suggestions on how to boost revenues and cut expenditures.
- Assembling and delivering budget and financial reports.
- Follows internal controls to maintain financial security.
- Obtains disbursements, checks the documents, and prepares payments.
- Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account data and trend information to create financial reports.
- It is your responsibility to pay your VAT on time.
- Make an accurate daily expense report for the company.
- Together with the COO, prepare and plan the budgets for each department, provide budget information, and provide performance reports.
- Examine the reports, purchases, and inventories that the inventory/logistics officer has submitted.
- Reports on imprest and imprest analysis are prepared each week.
- Attend regular team meetings to discover ways to streamline and optimize the flow of the process.
- Work with other departments to ensure accurate billing
- Carry out additional assignments.
