Job Description
- Plan and coordinate all installations (such as the provision of water and electricity) and renovations.
- Maintain equipment and supplies to meet health and safety requirements.
- Check the structure of buildings to see whether any repairs or modifications are necessary.
- Examine utility usage, and work to keep costs to a minimum.
- Overseeing all facility workers (gardeners, technicians, security, and custodians) as well as outside contractors.
- Controlling garbage disposal, building security, and other activities.
- Keep records, both financial and otherwise.
- Perform forecasting and analysis.

Our Ideal Candidate
- Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and one to seven years of professional experience.
- A track record of success as a facilities manager or in a related role
- Knowledgeable in technical/engineering operations and best practices for facilities management
- Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking
- Excellent leadership and organizing abilities.
