Job Title: Facility Manager

Job Location: Abuja

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description

  • Plan and coordinate all installations (such as the provision of water and electricity) and renovations.
  • Maintain equipment and supplies to meet health and safety requirements.
  • Check the structure of buildings to see whether any repairs or modifications are necessary.
  • Examine utility usage, and work to keep costs to a minimum.
  • Overseeing all facility workers (gardeners, technicians, security, and custodians) as well as outside contractors.
  • Controlling garbage disposal, building security, and other activities.
  • Keep records, both financial and otherwise.
  • Perform forecasting and analysis.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and one to seven years of professional experience.
  • A track record of success as a facilities manager or in a related role
  • Knowledgeable in technical/engineering operations and best practices for facilities management
  • Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking
  • Excellent leadership and organizing abilities.
