Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the many tasks involved in ordering, receiving, storing, accounting for, and disbursing spare parts in accordance with business guidelines.
- Examining the order/replacement parts
- Data reconciliation between the ERP system and the bin card
- Choosing and providing replacement parts as needed
- Ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, pricing, delivering, and keeping a running inventory of stock are all tasks that need to be planned and executed.
- Keeps records to ensure proper stock levels, cost containment, and inventory control.
Our Ideal Candidate
- OND or HND in any relevant field
- 3 years of experience is a minimum (Store Keeping in Automobile Parts Store).
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong communication abilities.
- Ability to function as a team
