A New UBA Experience Center Was Launched In Abuja
The United Bank for Africa has just introduced a UBA Experience Center in Abuja.
The UBA experience center which is located in Transcorp Hilton Hotel was commissioned on the 14th of August by UBA Group Chairman, Tony O. Elumelu.
The commissioning took place during the annual Group Chairman’s Forum. And in attendance were the bank’s executive management team in Abuja.
Some of the features of the new UBA experience center include a self-service kiosk, instant card dispensing machine, cash withdrawal machine, cash deposit machine, lounge, and coffee station, Interactive Screen Display, and free WIFI for UBA services. Let’s not forget the holographic receptionist who is called Leo.
If you are a UBA customer, you would know Leo as the virtual banker you chat with on social media when you have banking issues. Leo has gotten even better now as you can interact with him on a more exciting level at the experience center.
According to Tony O. Elumelu, UBA never fails to come through when it comes to providing ingenious services and products with customer gratification being front and center.
The new flagship Experience Center which UBA just launched goes to show that customers are held at a prominent position and that UBA is deeply committed to providing superior services and cutting-edge technology.
Mr Oliver Alawuba, the Group managing director, assures customers that the new UBA Experience Center will go very far to complement bank services offered to customers who visit Transcorp Hilton Hotel and beyond. He also assures customers that UBA bank will continue to be a spearhead in innovation and creativity in the African banking space.
