Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
Location: Abuja
Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source fresh clients and complete profitable sales deals.
- Communicate and meet with potential buyers and clients who are interested in homes to learn about their needs and preferred properties, then provide them with real estate deals.
- Track the database for the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and generate weekly reports on it.
- Administration and distribution of marketing collateral.
- Taking part in marketing campaigns and trade shows to promote businesses and goods.
- Liaising with real estate agents and other strategic partners Keeping an eye on rivalry and reporting results to the department head.
- Doing consumer and market research to gauge awareness of the market and consumer demand.
- Helping to create marketing and advertising initiatives that are effective at capturing the attention of potential customers.

Our Ideal
- A Bachelor’s degree or a national diploma in marketing or business administration.
- Substantial real estate sales and marketing expertise for at least three years.
- Thorough knowledge of CRM and BRM procedures.
- Adequate familiarity with MS Office and SEO tools.
- Hausa language proficiency is a plus.
