Job Description
- Be present and reachable at all times while working on clinic grounds, with the exception of while doing other official tasks.
- To thoroughly analyze each patient’s medical history and physical before admitting them in accordance with the Olive Prime Policy.
- Maintaining one-on-one contact with patients, performing ward rounds, and performing any tasks specified by the consultant
- To update all patients’ clinical notes in accordance with optimal record-keeping practices
- Ensure that the patient’s diagnosis in accordance with the ICD is recorded on the EMR and explained to the patient and family within a week of admission.
- Within 72 hours of release, type and submit discharge reports for every patient who left Olive Prime.
- Run a clinic to help people quit smoking.
- Give talks about our healthcare services at meetings for clinicians in different hospitals.
- To assess an ill or wounded clinic employee and provide appropriate treatment suggestions.
- Talk about service improvement on a regular basis with the service manager.
- Join the Olive Prime Business Team and contribute.
- Become a member of the team that contacts organizations in order to find clients for Olive Prime.
- Conduct frequent lectures aimed at nurses, support staff, and psychologists.

Our Ideal Candidate
- Medical and surgical bachelor’s degrees.
- Experience in non-clinical environments that shows exposure to other industries is preferred.
- It would be ideal to have relevant mental health experience.
- 6 years at the very least of clinical patient management experience
- Master’s programs and other post-graduate degrees are preferred.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
