Job Title: Business Development (Head)
Location: Abuja
Salary: N200,000 – N300,000/month
Roles and Responsibilities
- In keeping with the Bank’s strategy, expand the portfolio of risk assets currently in place.
- Strong mobilization and revenue creation.
- the capacity to build, manage, and motivate your own sales team.
- Find, establish, and maintain connections with retail and MSME consumers who require loans and advances to run their businesses.
- By creating risk assets in the MSME and retail markets, one can manage the portfolio of one’s current clients and create new business prospects.
- By establishing and implementing proactive, innovative, and ongoing contact activities, you can make the most of your current relationship with Fedeth.
- Prepare sales presentations, other documentation, and other materials as needed for Fedeth customers’ engagements.
- Help in the creation, introduction, and sale of new product offerings.
- In order to promote the efficient and successful operation of the Bank’s operations, ensure coordination and collaboration in inter-house activities and communication.
- To reduce business risks and increase profitability, manage the regional MSME and retail banking portfolio.
- Maintain relationships with important Bank clients and make sure that bank officers are providing these clients with top-notch service.
- Ensure that everything operates without a hitch.
